My Premium Online Coaching Plan provides you with all the perks of the Monthly Online Coaching Plan but with an additional individualised approach. Because of this more personal client-coach relationship, client intake is limited to ensure each client receives the quality attention they deserve.

As your Strength Coach, I will look at your background, any past Injury issues, Athletic experience and your Personal Goals. Communication is a key factor in making sure your training stays on track, so contact with my Premium Coaching Client is strongly encouraged on a weekly basis via text, email or Skype.
